Vintage Props and Jets adds new flights
from DBIA to Marsh Harbour, Abaco
Vintage Props & Jets Inc. (VPJ), based in New Smyrna Beach has flights to
Abaco and the Bahamas from Daytona Beach International Airport (DBIA).
The airline also operates a flight from Jacksonville to Marsh Harbour,
with a stop in Daytona Beach; a flight from Ft. Lauderdale; and an
additional flight from DBIA to Marsh Harbour using the 50-passenger
Embraer ERJ145 aircraft.
The flights operate Saturdays. It is the
first time in several years a regional airline has brought a jet to the
Abaco Islands, according to Vintage Props & Jets CEO Rob Waldron. “We’re
excited to bring an additional 150 seats a day into Abaco, and reduce
the overall flight time into and out of the Bahamas for our customers.”
Abaco is on the northeast corner of the Bahamas.
