Delta adds seasonal nonstop flight from Daytona Beach to Cincinnati

Delta Air Lines is adding a second daily flight between Daytona Beach and Cincinnati‘s Northern Kentucky International Airport. The new seasonal flight will operate from February 22 - April 5.

"This will help meet the needs of our travelers during our peak season," said Airport Director Dennis McGee. Since November 1, Delta Connection carrier Comair has provided a daily flight between Daytona Beach and Cincinnati using Delta’s 50-passenger Bombardier CRJ regional jet with additional Saturday service provided by Delta mainline on a 142-seat 142 MD-88 jet. There has been a strong demand for the service, Cooke said.

The new seasonal second flight to Cincinnati also will be operated by Delta Connection carrier Comair using a 50-passenger regional jet. Beginning February 22, the new daily flight will depart Cincinnati at 9:15 p.m. and arrive in Daytona Beach at 11:15 p.m. The flight will depart Daytona Beach at 6 a.m. the following day and arrive in Cincinnati at 8:12 a.m.

A major Delta hub, the airline offers daily service to 120 domestic and international destinations from Cincinnati’s Northern Kentucky International Airport.
